Our quotes and jobs are subject to terms and conditions. The main points are set out below.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information and the situation known at the time of the site visit or enquiry. Should practice deviate from this, we discuss the consequences before continuing the work.
Execution
We carry out work in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations. When the existing installation requires changes that are not included in the quote, we report this first.
Completion
After completion we test the installation and explain how it works. Any snags are recorded and resolved in consultation.
Warranty
The manufacturer's warranty applies to equipment supplied. Our installation work is covered by the warranty set out in the order confirmation.
